Following the tremendous success of our Young Reviewer scheme, The Mill Arts Centre is thrilled to launch our Community Reviewer scheme, inviting arts enthusiasts of all ages to join us in celebrating and critiquing the vibrant events hosted at our venue.
What is the Community Reviewer Scheme?
The Community Reviewer scheme offers individuals the opportunity to attend a diverse range of events at The Mill Arts Centre in exchange for creating engaging content to be featured on our platforms. Whether you’re passionate about crafting written reviews or producing captivating social media content, this scheme is designed to foster a community of cultural critics and creators.
What’s in it for you?
Participants of the Community Reviewer scheme will receive complimentary tickets to select events at The Mill Arts Centre. This not only provides access to electrifying music performances, captivating theatre productions, dynamic dance shows, and enriching creative classes but also empowers reviewers to share their unique perspectives with our audience.

- Your name
- A brief statement explaining why you’re interested in this opportunity
- What sort of events you are interested in attending
- Your preference for focusing on social media content creation, written reviews, or both

- By participating in the Community Reviewers scheme, you agree to create content for The Mill Arts Centre’s promotional use.
- If you are under 18 years old, please refer instead to our Young Reviewers scheme – you must obtain parental consent to participate in the scheme.
- Successful participants will be required to sign consent forms allowing The Mill Arts Centre to use their content for promotional purposes.
- The Mill Arts Centre reserves the right to use, modify, and distribute the content created by participants for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Successful participants will receive complimentary tickets to selected events at The Mill Arts Centre. However, availability is limited and participation in the scheme does not guarantee entry to all requested events.
- The Mill Arts Centre is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by participants in relation to attending events.
- The Mill Arts Centre reserves the right to modify or terminate the Community Reviewers scheme at any time without prior notice.
- Participants are responsible for adhering to the guidelines provided by The Mill Arts Centre for content creation and event attendance.
- By submitting an application to join the Community Reviewers scheme, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
