In this class you will be encouraged to develop at your own pace by listening to your body as you move through a guided practice.
Working with a series of repeated postures and eventually sequences, you will develop a sense of ‘rightness’ for your own body as you also develop strength and flexibility.
Suitable for beginners as well as those returning to yoga, this course is an opportunity to join in-person classes in a small, supported group and have some fun!
