Chair Yoga is becoming increasingly popular and sought after, by those wishing to maintain or improve flexibility and stamina from the stability of a seat. With a good degree of individual attention, you will be encouraged to build strength and flexibility, at your own pace, in a fun session that will combine seated and supported standing activity.

Two-week cut off: We recommend booking at least two weeks prior to the start date so we can be sure that the class has enough students to go ahead!
This course takes place in the Dance Studio. Please note that regrettably this room is not accessible to wheelchair users due to necessary fire evacuation regulations.
