Fabric Journals with Paper Pages (Spring 2025)

Spend the day learning how to construct a calico based book cover which can be used as a journal. We will decorate the cover with embroidery, found fabrics, lace, words if you want to use them, beads and sequins. Please bring an assortment of papers, these could be hand made papers, or whatever you would like to use and the tutor will show you how to simple book bind them to complete the journal.

Please bring assorted papers, needles, pins, fabric scissors and any bits you would like to use.

We recommend booking at least two weeks prior to the start date so we can be sure that the class has enough students to go ahead!

Age recommendation for adult courses is 19+.
All adult courses are created in partnership with Abingdon and Witney College and co-funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency. As we are in receipt of government funding, students will be asked to complete an enrolment form and evaluation diary for monitoring purposes.
