Our Youth Dance Programme has two groups that you can join: Let’s Dance and Universal Youth Dance.

Let’s Dance is for young people aged 11 – 16 and Universal Youth Dance is for young people aged 14 – 25.

The groups are led by disabled artist Lauren Russell and neurodivergent artist Jane Castree.

“Let’s Dance” is a fun, playful group that lasts for one hour. It is for young people with disabilities. It will be a safe and supportive space where you can enjoy dance and build your confidence.

“Universal Youth Dance” is for both disabled and non-disabled young people to dance together. The class lasts for one and a half hours. We will focus on being creative together and learning new dance techniques. The teachers will use methods that help young people who are neurodivergent or have additional behavioural and emotional needs, who may find it hard to follow mainstream methods of teaching.

You can arrive 15 minutes before each session to have drinks and snacks.

If the cost of transport is preventing you from attending, please let us know. We can pay for your transport if you need us to.
